The Long Term Centers Group has been delivering quality health care to seniors in Massachusetts for over 30 years. In 1981, the Woods family purchased Mill Pond Rest Home in Ashland, Massachusetts. From there, the family has acquired Greenwood Nursing Center in Wakefield, Serenity Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Wrentham and Pine Knoll Nursing Center in Lexington. Each nursing center has been among the highest rated in their respective communities, and is considered among the highest rated homes in Massachusetts.
Our mission has always been to strive to a level of excellence, and provide the best possible care to our residents, through the services provided by our experienced and devoted staff. We pride ourselves on catering to the individual needs of each resident.

Matthew Sweeney, M.S.
C.E.O. & President
Matt Sweeney has worked in the health care field for over 20 years, and has experience in hospital, managed care and long term care fields. Matt has been with the Long Term Centers Group since 1998 and works as a managing partner. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, and a Masters Degree in Health Care Management from Lesley College. Matt has been the Licensed Administrator at Serenity Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center since 1999.
Jessica Gouveia, C.P.A.
Chief Financial Officer
Jessica is the Chief Financial Officer of Long Term Centers Group, joining the company in the summer of 2024. She has over 20 years of experience in the Finance Administration field, including the long term care industry. Jessica holds a bachelors degree in Business Management from Bridgewater State University.
Diane Tilley, MS
Administrator
Greenwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
Diane has been with the Long Term Centers Group since 1999. At Greenwood she has held the positions of Nursing Supervisor, Director of Nursing and is currently the Licensed Administrator. Diane earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts, and her Masters Degree in Nursing from Regis College. Diane is also a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
Connor Sweeney, N.H.A.

Serenity Hill Nursing Center
Connor is the Administrator at Serenity Hill Nursing Center and has been with the organization since 2017. Connor started with Serenity Hill as an Administrator in Training and provides a modern outlook on the long term care field with a passion for delivering quality care. Connor holds a bachelors degree in Business Management from Westfield State University.
Ninon Borgelin

Pine Knoll Nursing Center
Ninon Borgelin, BA in Healthcare Management, MBA, LNHA, LPN, is an experienced healthcare executive and clinical leader specializing in state-operated homes and skilled nursing facility operations. Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in multiple states, she has extensive experience in long-term care management, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and staff development. Ninon has successfully led multidisciplinary teams while promoting resident-centered care and operational excellence. She is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents, supporting healthcare professionals, and strengthening clinical and operational outcomes across healthcare settings.
